For the past few years Flexyware continually got involved with design, documenting and specifying large IT solutions and also smaller software applications. We have learned from experience that each project requires a unique approach and that in all cases UML was and will continue to be a major reason why we completed all our projects successfully.  Slowly but surely our clients is starting to understand the benefits of planning a solution before implementing it.
